Hi! My name is Noeli Serna. I'm a corporate law attorney with many years of experience educating and assisting business leaders on how to legally create and protect their businesses through all stages of the business life cycle.

 

I'm the daughter of an entrepreneurial Latine family and I know first-hand the challenges and sacrifices of entrepreneurs. I have a high degree of admiration for business leaders who want to carry out the dream of establishing and scaling their business in the United States.
